The Muckleshoot Indian Tribe is seeking a Family Support Center Coordinator to manage the Family Support Center, schedule clean and sober events, and guide participants to resources. The role includes facilitating life skills discussions, crisis intervention, and maintaining confidentiality.

The position requires a high school diploma, a WA driver's license, CPR certification, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• No substance abuse for the last two years.
• A valid Washington State driver’s license is required at time of appointment.
• Current CPR training or ability to take and pass CPR class before end of probation.
• Must pass pre-employment urinalysis testing and criminal background check.

Responsabilités

• Oversees and manages Family Support Center buildings and property.
• Coordinates and schedules building use and oversees events to ensure no alcohol or drugs present.
• Maintains a schedule of events and coordinates services.
• Coordinates program-sponsored events and informs the community about activities; supports cultural activities.
• Provides confidential participant guidance and assistance with forms and accessing services.
• Demonstrates reliability with flexible schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and on-call.
