Graham Windham is seeking a dynamic Graham SLAM Supervisor to provide direct supervision to the Graham SLAM Youth Coaches and to help youth achieve academic milestones and career success through proven coaching approaches.

The role emphasizes relationship building, guiding staff in Solution-Based Casework and Motivational Interviewing, recruiting youth for therapeutic groups, collaborating with case planners and therapists, and upholding anti-racist practices within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience with adolescents, especially at risk youth.
• Experience supervising staff and coaching teams.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Commitment to anti-racist practices and diversity.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to Graham SLAM Youth Coaches.
• Guide staff using Solution-Based Casework and Motivational Interviewing.
• Recruit youth for therapeutic peer groups.
• Facilitate peer groups focusing on skills like communication and teamwork.
• Collaborate with case planners, supervisors, and therapists.
• Participate in data collection and program planning meetings.
• Oversee administrative procedures and resource management.
• Engage families to support youth success.
