Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years experience with adolescents, ideally in child welfare.
• Supervisory experience preferred and ability to lead a team of direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Delivers ongoing management, direction and support to coaches, guiding staff to use related techniques.
• Provides supervision to staff, fostering psychological safety and ongoing training.
• Supports staff in developing relationships with youth using pro-social skills.
• Recruits youth for Graham SLAM therapeutic peer groups.
• Helps staff facilitate peer groups focusing on communication, relationships, teamwork and leadership.
• Collects data and participates in data-informed management meetings.
• Ensures efficient administrative procedures and manages resources.
• Partners with Program Director for outreach to community agencies.
