Job summary

Courts Plus in Fargo, ND is seeking a Youth Attendant to support Child Watch and youth programs for children aged 6 weeks to 11 years. Candidates should be outgoing, caring, and capable of guiding activities both indoors and outdoors.

Role includes assisting with setup/cleanup, planning games, and assisting with instruction. Position offers lead/coordinator opportunities with higher pay; standard shifts include evenings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Babysitting experience or enrolled in Early Childhood Development class.
• Available to work a minimum of 2 shifts a week and two weekends per month.
• Punctuality, teamwork and individual responsibility are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, friendly environment for members’ children.
• Supervise and participate in indoor/outdoor activities.
• Plan, lead and organize games, sports, crafts, and other age-appropriate activities.
• Assist with setup and clean-up for activities.
• Lead/Coordinator roles may offer higher pay and require prep work and lesson planning.
