Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay in Brandon, FL seeks a Program & Outcomes Coordinator to oversee the planning and delivery of club programs focused on belonging, academic success, health and well-being, life skills, leadership, and workforce readiness.

Under the supervision of the Club Director, you will manage program scheduling, record keeping, food program oversight, and staff development, engaging youth and collaborating with families and community partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Four-year degree in related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience preferred.
• CPR training within 90 days of hire is required.
• Intermediate computer knowledge; experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred.
• Staff Credential per Childcare Licensing Board standards within one year of employment.
• DCF trainings must be completed in allotted time.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise age-appropriate Club programs and activities that support youth development outcomes and align with organizational goals.
• Oversee proper record keeping and reporting including participation numbers and achievements.
• Assist Club Director with oversight of the daily food program, including temperature documentation and meals.
• Data entry and updates to membership tracking system and related documents.
