Job summary

Youth Development Professional position at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay focuses on planning, implementing, and supervising activities that promote academic success, health and well-being, life skills, leadership, and workforce readiness for club members.

Under the Club Director's direction, you will serve as a role model, foster belonging, and help extend programs across Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando, and Pinellas counties while maintaining a safe, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Boys & Girls Club or similar organization preferred.
• Complete the required 40 hours of DCF training within one year of employment, including any training due within the first 90 days and all required in-person exams.
• Successfully complete organization sponsored CPR training within 90 days of hire.

• Plan, implement, and supervise activities focusing on belonging and opportunity.
• Model mission, values, policies, and procedures of the organization.
• Excel in customer service to communicate with members, staff, and visitors.
• Maintain daily contact with Club Director, staff, members, and families.
