Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay seeks a Youth Development Professional to support after-school programs, plan age-appropriate activities, and supervise youth in a positive environment.

Under the Club Director, you will collaborate with staff and families, ensure safety, and participate in weekend events as needed. This part-time, non-exempt role requires travel across Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando and Pinellas counties and completion of DCF and CPR training within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Boys & Girls Club or similar organization preferred.
• Complete the required 40 hours of DCF training within one year of employment, including any training due within the first 90 days and all required in-person exams.
• Successfully complete organization sponsored CPR training within 90 days of hire.
