Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay in Brandon, FL seeks a Programs & Outcomes Coordinator at Mann Middle School to oversee the planning and delivery of Club programs that focus on belonging and opportunity through academic success, health and well-being, life skills, leadership, and workforce readiness.

Under the supervision of the Club Director, you will develop and supervise program schedules, ensure accurate record keeping and reporting, and collaborate with families and community

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required. Four-year degree in related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must obtain Staff Credential per Childcare Licensing Board standards within one year of employment.
• Must complete required DCF trainings in allotted time.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Model mission, values, policies, and ensure program alignment with organizational goals.
• Staff Development and Supervision: Supervise and train Club staff to meet programming standards.
• Program Planning and Management: Create and execute program schedules, ensure age-appropriate activities, and track participation.
• Safe and Positive Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment and comply with regulations.
• Community Collaboration: Build relationships with families, schools, volunteers, and community partners.
