Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or Social Work.
  • Minimum 18 college credits in Education from an accredited institution.
  • Urban education supervisory experience preferred.
  • OCFS Health & Safety course completion within three months of hire (required for DOHMH compliance).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee 6–8 after-school programs across K-12 schools in NYC.
  • Supervise Program Directors in staffing, scheduling, and program design.
  • Develop and implement curriculum and enrichment activities.
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff; oversee schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate with principals, funders, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with DYCD, DOE, DOHMH and grant requirements.
  • Support event planning and program evaluations.
  • Address parent concerns and ensure program quality.
