New York Edge in New York City is seeking a Program Manager to oversee 6–8 after-school programs in the five boroughs, ensuring high-quality operations and impactful learning experiences for students. Position Summary: The Program Manager oversees 6–8 after-school programs across K-12 schools in the five boroughs, ensuring high-quality operations and program success. Responsibilities include supervising Program Directors, ensuring contract compliance, developing and implementing curriculum and enrichment activities, recruiting and training staff, managing schedules and budgets, and supporting special events. This role serves as the primary liaison between New York Edge, school principals, funders, and internal teams. The ideal candidate embraces positive youth development, values diversity and inclusion, and is committed to creating engaging, equitable, and enriching experiences for all participants.
Program Manager will be required to report to the school building and interact with staff, students, parents and school administration.
