Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a detail‑oriented Coordinator, Youth Programs to support fleetwide youth and family experiences across the US and Australia. You will oversee operations, inventory, purchasing, and data management while collaborating with shipboard leaders and procurement teams.

Ideal candidates bring strong organizational skills, 2+ years in a similar role, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience with youth programs or events is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fleetwide youth programs logistics and operations.
• Assist sourcing, purchasing, inventory, and invoice coding.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes.
• Develop innovative youth and family experiences while maintaining branding standards.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and data analyses for leadership.
• Collaborate with shipboard leaders and shoreside teams on program delivery.
