Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line seeks a Manager of Youth Operations to lead onboard Youth Programs across our US fleet. You will oversee Turtles, Camp Ocean, Circle C, and Club O2, directing 650+ crew and ensuring safety, policy adherence, and guest satisfaction.

The role drives revenue, develops training curricula, mentors shipboard teams, and partners with Shoreside to deliver data-driven experiences while maintaining cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Entertainment Management, Business, Hospitality or related field.
• 5+ years experience in youth programs operations and management; cruise ship experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 with advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Valid passport; ability to manage multiple projects and timelines; strong leadership.
• Experience operating a youth program and leading a team; cruise ship experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and daily operations for onboard Youth Programs.
• Oversee safety training and youth staff development.
• Develop guest technology to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Build revenue streams such as Night Owls and Build‑A‑Bear workshops.
• Manage cross‑functional collaboration with shoreside and shipboard teams.
• Ensure compliance with ADA and Global HESS guidelines.
