Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line seeks a Coordinator, Youth Programs to support fleetwide operations for youth and family experiences across the US and Australia fleets. You will help manage logistics, inventory, purchasing, and data for shipboard programs, collaborating with shipboard leaders and vendors to maintain Carnival’s quality standards.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Entertainment Management or related field is required or preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Support fleetwide daily operations for Youth Programs (Turtles, Camp Ocean, Circle 'C' and Club O2).
• Oversee purchasing and logistics; manage vendor relationships and cost savings.
• Maintain inventory, report low stock, and conduct quarterly warehouse visits.
• Monitor quality and age ratings of supplies; ensure brand standards.
• Provide administrative support including meetings, reports, and data entry.
• Assist with travel arrangements, training, and onboarding for teams.
• Plan and logistics for shipboard leadership conferences.
• Collaborate with shipboard teams, procurement, and vendors to improve programs.
• Monitor safety/compliance and support budgeting across programs.
• Analyze data to determine usage guidelines and generate reports.
