Responsibilities

• Enforce rules, model positive behavior, mentor youth.
• Oversee daily recreation-area operations and safety equipment; maintain facilities.
• Organize games, fitness events, arts & crafts, and daily music instruction.
• Encourage participation and healthy relationships among members.
• Assess group dynamics and design activities for positive outcomes.
• Complete paperwork, incident reports, progress evaluations, and activity assessments.
