Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Commitment to four days per week.
• Ability to work within school year and summer hours.
• Understanding of youth development principles and positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Enforce rules and model positive behavior while mentoring youth.
• Oversee daily recreation area operations, safety equipment, and facilities.
• Organize activities including games, fitness events, arts and crafts, and music.
• Encourage participation and foster healthy relationships among members.
• Assess group dynamics and plan activities to meet outcomes such as teamwork and confidence.
• Complete paperwork, incident reports, and activity assessments as required.
• Ensure program activities follow Club policies and safety procedures.
• Maintain safety and security of youth in the facility.
