Job summary

The DREAM Program seeks a dedicated team member to strengthen community-based programs supporting youth in affordable housing communities. You will nurture relationships with volunteers, youth and families, and work closely with mentors and partners to sustain high-quality, year‑round DREAM experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of managing a group of employees, service members and/or volunteers.
• Experience serving and supervising individuals with diverse lived experiences.
• 2+ years in organizations focused on youth development.
• Strong communication within a team.
• Experience maintaining an organizational property or program space.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, GSuite and email.
• Familiarity with AmeriCorps grant requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain high-quality relationships with volunteers, youth and caregivers across 4-5 sites.
• Lead programs to deliver year-round DREAM experiences with mentoring and enrichment.
• Ensure programs operate faithfully to DREAM models and expand offerings.
• Support seasonal transitions between school-year and summer programming.
• Communicate regularly with mentors, parents and community partners.
