Job summary

The DREAM Program, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Manager to join our Employee & Member Support team. You will build relationships with volunteers, youth, families and partners, and support DREAM programs across sites to deliver an engaging, high-quality experience for youth served.

This full-time, overtime-exempt role requires leadership, planning, and regular travel to program sites. The compensation includes total value upward of $59,000 and a base salary range of $45,526–$50,078, with

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in managing a group of employees, service members and/or volunteers.
Experience serving diverse youth and families with respectful practices.
2+ years in youth development organizations.
Strong communication within a team.
Experience maintaining organizational spaces and property.
Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace and email; basic database and accounting software experience.
Familiarity with AmeriCorps grant and mentoring program requirements.

Responsibilities

Build and sustain high quality, community-based relationships with mentors, youth, families, and caregivers.
Lead programs to excellence and ensure fidelity to DREAM models across sites.
Support seasonal program transitions and Summer Enrichment activities.
Communicate regularly with team, mentors, parents, partners, and board as required.
