Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in social services or a related field.
• Two years of experience working with high school and/or transition-aged youth.
• MSW degree preferred (optional).
• Experience in supervisory roles and program coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provides onboarding, training, and supervision of team of youth coaches.
• Oversees youth coach caseloads for quality and consistency of services.
• Ensures documentation of services is complete and timely.
• Identifies training needs and coordinates training sessions.
• Maintains and updates youth coach procedure manual.
• Supports crisis intervention when needed and acts as liaison with community partners.
