Job summary

Inspire Health Alliance seeks a Program Manager to evaluate program effectiveness and support youth experiencing homelessness. You will supervise youth coaches, oversee documentation, and help develop and expand services, including outreach and youth advisory activities.

The role includes advocacy work, grant research/writing, and ensuring funding compliance, with responsibilities across program development and collaboration with community partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field with at least 4 years of related experience; supervisory experience.
  • Reliable transportation with current registration and insurance.
  • Two years of experience working with high school and/or transition-aged youth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide onboarding, training, support and supervision of team of youth coaches.
  • Oversee youth coach caseloads ensuring quality and consistency of services.
  • Ensure documentation of services is complete and timely.
  • Identify training needs and arrange/trainers.
  • Maintain current youth coach procedures manual.
  • Provide resources and tools for the youth coach team and track usage.
  • Attend and participate in regular youth services meetings.
  • Serve as extension to youth coaches including intakes and housing referrals as needed.
  • Act as back-up for crisis intervention when Director of Youth Services is unavailable.
  • Represent HYC with community partners for services.
  • Conduct weekly supervision with youth coaches and biannual evaluations.
  • Oversee recruitment, supervision and evaluation of interns.
  • HMIS administration and data-related tasks; contribute to grant research, writing and reports.
  • Contribute to Continuous Quality Improvement and program compliance.
  • Engage in advocacy and community relations activities with Development Department.
