Job summary

First Place for Youth Oakland, CA seeks a County Program Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team serving 18–24-year-old foster youth. You will oversee housing, employment and education services, ensuring high-quality care, data-driven outcomes, and strong compliance with agency policies.

The role requires clinical leadership, a master’s degree in social work, and prior supervisory experience in youth services. Hybrid work is available with on-site days as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or a related field.
• 3+ years of full-time social work or case management.
• LCSW or MFT with two years post-licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a multidisciplinary team of social workers and case managers.
• Ensure fidelity to program model and service quality.
• Provide training in trauma-informed care, youth development, and motivational interviewing.
• Maintain accurate participant records and timely data submission.
• Coordinate with county departments and partner agencies to support housing, education and employment.
