Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field is required.
• Three years of full-time social work or casework experience in family or child welfare services.
• LCSW or MFT with two years post-licensure experience preferred.
• Strong dedication to cultural competency and inclusive practice.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise a multi-disciplinary team of social workers and case managers.
• Provide training, supervision, and clinical guidance to staff and supervisees.
• Oversee daily program operations, budgets, and compliance with policies and grants.
• Collaborate with county social services, probation, and partner agencies to support youth in housing, education and employment.
