Job summary

The Spokane Tribe of Indians invites applications for the Youth Coordinator / Cook position at Ford, WA. Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for on‑reservation site; 23+ for off‑reservation.
• Valid Washington Driver’s License and tribally insurable.
• Criminal background checked with successful clearance.
• Ability to obtain Food Handler’s Card within first week.
• Life Guard/CPR/First Aid certification within first arranged training.
• Mandated Reporting Training.
• High School Diploma/GED; further education in youth fields preferred.
• Experience working with youth.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience servicing Native American clientele and cultural needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities and events at Community Centers related to the Spokane Tribal 477 Program.
• Coordinate services with Coordinators, other providers, and community members.
• Facilitate youth program activities to support healthy development.
