Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop programs for people between 16-25 years of age.
• Conduct outreach to recruit youth for programs.
• Create schedules, timelines and detailed outlines for all youth participants.
• Facilitate design and implementation of youth team projects.
• Set budgets for each program.
• Collaborate with care providers, parents, and children to improve programs.
• Monitor volunteers' performance and provide regular feedback.
• Maintain a numerical count of volunteers.
• Develop and implement volunteer recognition activities and local outreach.
• Collaborate with community organizations.
• Prepare reports on volunteer programs.
• Provide day-to-day guidance for volunteers.
• Maintain a positive work environment and model conduct.
• Monitor activities and report to funding agencies.
