Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in education, counseling, social work, higher education administration, or related field.
• Minimum of two years staff supervision, budget management, program development and evaluation experience.
• Preferred qualifications include Master’s degree and bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, evaluate and recommend staff for hire.
• Collect and submit data for annual program reporting (APR).
• Monitor participant academic progress and develop action plans.
• Visit target schools and maintain contact with personnel to promote services.
• Develop and implement summer enrichment and tutoring programs.
• Recruit participants and manage enrollment in ETS program.
• Maintain program documentation and ensure compliance with federal regulations.
