Job summary

The Youth Program Manager at Sto-Rox Clubhouse in McKees Rocks, PA will lead daily youth programming, supervise staff, and build strong relationships with students and families. You will create a safe, engaging environment and ensure program operations run smoothly.

Ideal candidates have experience with youth in education or community settings, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and youth in educational, recreational, after-school, or community settings.
• Ability to build positive relationships with youth, families, and community partners.
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading programs or supervising staff (preferred).
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and maintaining program records.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and oversee programs in STEM, literacy, arts, recreation, leadership, and healthy lifestyles.
• Create a positive, inclusive environment for youth.
• Manage daily schedules, activities, attendance, and program operations.
• Support youth recruitment, enrollment, participation, retention.
• Maintain program records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with policies and licensing.
