Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County is seeking a Site Coordinator - FT to lead at school sites, oversee programming, safety, and compliance. You will manage operations, report accurately, and maintain positive relationships with school staff, parents, and youth.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to de-escalate conflicts, and a commitment to safety and licensing requirements. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Texas schools.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Must meet state licensing requirements for licensed childcare site director.
• Must be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification; pass background screens.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership at the site and coach team to improve performance.
• Ensure facility and child safety policies are followed and incidents reported promptly.
• Complete all required reports and data entry accurately and on time.
• Oversee programming and operations at school sites, ensuring quality and safety.
• Represent the Boys & Girls Club positively and manage external relationships.
