Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Coastal Plain is seeking a Site Coordinator to prepare members of various ages for on-time grade promotion by creating engaging educational activities and supporting daily homework.

You will oversee Project Learn, Power Hour, High Yield Learning and STEM programs, supervise staff and volunteers, track attendance and surveys, and collaborate with schools and parents to ensure a safe, engaging environment across club spaces.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma and/or Associates Degree, or equivalent experience working with youth.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft programs.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to be certified within six months.
• A valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and pass background checks.
• Languages other than English are valued.

Responsibilities

• Learn members' names and build positive relationships.
• Recruit members to participate and lead energetic activities.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and role modeling to Members.
• Implement educational activities and adapt to learning styles.
• Monitor programs, track attendance, collect data and reports.
• Collaborate with staff and community organizations.
• Supervise field trips and assist with events.
• Maintain safety and a clean environment.
