Job summary

The White Earth Reservation Business Committee is seeking a qualified candidate to manage daily operations of the Boys & Girls Club, focusing on program delivery, staff supervision and training, facilities management, community relations and membership administration.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, aligning programming with Native American culture, and coordinating with leadership on resource development and fundraising, while ensuring safety and high-quality youth services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with youth preferred (minimum 1 year).
• Ability to follow policies of White Earth Reservation/Tribal entities and BGCA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Boys & Girls Club unit to ensure youth programs and services are delivered effectively.
• Supervise assigned staff to ensure policies and procedures are followed and staff development.
• Collaborate with Associate Chief Professional Officer and Resource Development Coordinator on fundraising and program development.
• Incorporate Native American culture into program planning and activities where possible.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
