Job summary

YMCA of Greater Long Beach is seeking a program supervisor to oversee branch activities with ED support. You will manage programs, handle enrollments, and ensure accurate use of DAXKO and related systems.

This role requires youth development experience, video editing and photography skills, and the ability to lead staff, promote programs, and assist with fundraising. CPR/First Aid/AED certification and flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

Youth development experience (4-5 years) required or preferred.
Video Editing and Photography/Editing skills with portfolio.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; related experience acceptable.
CPR, First Aid and AED certification required.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Criminal clearance and health screening required.

Responsibilities

Supervise branch programs, manage cash and enrollments, and ensure proper software usage.
Track usage, generate reports, and conduct satisfaction surveys.
Assist member relations, new sign-ups, and financial assistance processing.
Hire, train, schedule, supervise staff and participate in meetings.
Promote programs through publications and community events.
Lead fundraising efforts and serve as liaison for events.
Enforce safety standards and protect assets.
Attend staff trainings and maintain open communication with supervision.
Perform other duties as assigned.
