Rite of Passage is hiring a Human Resources Assistant at AJATC in Bryant, Arkansas. The role supports daily HR operations, new hire processing, and records management in a secure residential program for youth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in an office environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and Google Docs.
• Able to pass background, drug, TB and registry checks.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations with the HR Specialist.
• Assist with new hire processing and employment verifications.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documents.
• Provide professional customer service to employees and applicants.
