Job summary

Rite of Passage is hiring a Group Supervisor for AJATC Bryant, AR, a secure residential program for at-risk youth. You will lead Coach Counselors and Night Coach Counselors, ensuring safety, schedules, and adherence to program elements.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of related youth experience, and supervisory background. A valid driver's license is required to support daily operations and transport needs.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience working with at-risk youth.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test.
• Must meet requirements to become an eligible driver with an active driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Coach Counselors and Night Coach Counselors and coordinate with staff and students.
• Ensure adherence to facility schedules and daily routines, including on-time attendance.
• Maintain proper staff-to-student ratios for coverage on all units.
• Make critical decisions during emergencies and conduct group intervention sessions.
• Model ROP programming and serve as a positive role model for staff and students.
