Rite of Passage is hiring a Direct Juvenile Support Worker for the Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center (AJATC) in Bryant, AR. The role focuses on in-person safety, mentoring, and supporting youths in a secure residential setting.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided; candidates should be consistent, fair, punctual, motivated, and structure-oriented. Pay ranges from $17.75 to $18.82 per hour with overtime included.

Qualifications

• Provide in-person safety and security around-the-clock.
• Monitor and document behaviors and activities of youth.
• Support youth with personal, health, and educational needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with professional staff to meet each youth's treatment goals.
• Assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities.
• Participate in the High Impact Program with fidelity and consistency.
