Job summary

University of Idaho in Boise is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide day-to-day operations support across planning, implementation, and delivery of 4-H programs within the Ada County Extension. You may serve as the first point of contact for the unit and assist with participant services, scheduling, and data management.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, three years of related experience, and the ability to work nonstandard hours including evenings and weekends to support

Qualifications

• Three years performing administrative, office and/or program support functions.

Responsibilities

• Serving as primary contact with program participants, customer service and office support functions.
• Facilitating communication between program participants and managerial staff.
• Coordinating arrangements for the program such as meetings, conferences and banquets.
• Collecting, compiling and summarizing program data and managing records.
• Maintaining program calendars and schedules.
• May utilize University programs to create, review and approval financial documents, and to provide routine financial reports to the program administrator.
• Other duties as assigned.
