Job summary

Jacksonville Arts & Music School (JAMS) seeks a Program Administrator to support WAL and other youth programs. This role focuses on enrollment, parent engagement, scheduling, data entry, and records management to ensure smooth program operations.

You will collaborate with internal teams, maintain accurate student and family records, and help deliver a positive experience for students and families in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Jacksonville, FL.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of administrative support or program administration experience.
• Experience in education, nonprofit, or youth development preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital data management systems.
• Familiarity with Procare, Jotform, or similar administrative platforms.

Responsibilities

• Establish trust by building relationships with students, families, and staff.
• Coordinate enrollment, registration, onboarding, and reminders.
• Manage program schedules, calendars, and room assignments.
• Maintain accurate student/family contact information and records.
• Support data collection, reporting, and program dashboards.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure information is accurate and accessible.
• Monitor attendance and participation, and communicate follow-ups as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
