Job summary

Breathe Project seeks a Manager of Culture and Performance to oversee day-to-day YouthPlaces program sites, ensuring safe, welcoming, high-quality environments that support youth development and compliance. You will coach Teen Development Coordinators and promote consistency and accountability across all locations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years supervisory experience in youth development, after-school programming, education, nonprofit management, or related field.
• Experience managing multiple sites or teams preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and staff development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and evaluate Teen Development Coordinators and program staff.
• Visit sites regularly to ensure quality programming and consistency.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and development of site personnel.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture and drive continuous improvement.
• Plan and facilitate regular team meetings to share updates, review goals, and address site needs.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
