Responsibilities

• Outreach youth and families with flyers, posters and social media to market programs and activities.
• Implement program services and athletic programs for youth.
• Organize and carry out plans and schedules for seasonal programs and games.
• Maintain documentation and TAAG reports for youth.
• Interact with parents, teachers, schools and agencies to support outcomes.
• Enforce safety procedures for activities and programs.
• Secure necessary equipment and materials.
• Assist youth with completing homework assignments.
• Provide youth with career guidance resources for training, internships or college.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
