Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Human Services or related field from an accredited school, college or university.
• Minimum of one year of experience in human services, business, job placement, vocational counseling or rehabilitation; internships or volunteer work may count.
• Knowledge of job development and related activities.
• Valid Florida driver's license, own transportation and insurance required.
• Must pass Level 2 background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assess participants' strengths, preferences and skill sets to identify suitable community-based employment opportunities.
• Act as liaison between job sources and maintain required documentation and records.
