Job summary

Rite of Passage in Tampa, FL is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support youth in residential programs. You will build relationships with youth, families, probation officers, and referral agencies, ensuring ongoing progress updates and a safe, empowering environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring clinical and behavioral progress and participating in educational, social, recreational, and athletic activities to promote development and long-term success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree in human services preferred.
• At least one year experience working with adolescents is preferred.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with youth, families, probation officers, referral agencies, and other key stakeholders, ensuring open communication and ongoing updates regarding each youth’s progress.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment where youth feel valued and empowered to succeed.
• Monitor and document clinical and behavioral progress while actively participating in educational, social, recreational, and athletic activities that promote personal development, confidence, and long-term success.
• Maintain confidentiality and effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to support youth outcomes.
