Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree from an accredited school.
• Master’s degree preferred; human services or related field valued.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practice and youth services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provides case management and coordination services to youth and their families.
• Orients youth and families to the program and plans.
• Provides warm handoffs during referrals and coordination.
• Offers family life education and advocacy as needed.
• Engages youth and families with a broad set of engagement strategies.
• Performs administrative tasks related to caseload and records.
