Foundation For C.H.O.I.C.E. (FFC) is seeking an energetic, relationship‑driven Program Coordinator – Youth Programs who empowers students through mentoring, character development, leadership, and college and career readiness.

You will facilitate engaging lessons, coordinate school partnerships, recruit mentors, and manage program logistics across elementary to high school initiatives, aiming to expand FFC’s impact in North Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or higher.
• Experience in education or youth programming.
• Mentoring or youth development experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and data collection skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging, interactive lessons using FFC's curriculum.
• Lead programming for elementary, middle, and high school students across initiatives.
• Support the new elementary program pilot and data collection.
• Create safe, inclusive learning environments that encourage participation, leadership, and personal growth.
• Manage classroom groups and maintain curriculum fidelity.
