Job summary

APEC Family Foundation Fund, Inc. seeks enthusiastic Youth Mentors to provide a safe, engaging afterschool environment where students can learn, grow, and thrive.

You will lead enrichment activities, assist with homework, build positive relationships with students, families, and school staff, and help create meaningful experiences that promote leadership, teamwork, and personal growth. This position runs after school, roughly from dismissal until about 5:30 PM, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• Must currently be employed at Fulton County Schools partner school.
• Teacher or Paraprofessional Certification preferred.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday during afterschool hours.
• Must successfully pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage groups of elementary students in a safe and positive environment.
• Lead recreational, enrichment, and youth development activities.
• Assist students with homework and academic support.
• Build positive relationships with students, families, and school staff.
• Maintain accurate attendance and follow program procedures.
