Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Redlands-Riverside is seeking a Part-Time Program Coordinator to manage the Title V Sexual Risk Avoidance Education project across Inland Empire sites.

Under the Director of Program Teen Services, you will schedule sessions, supervise facilitators, maintain documentation, and coordinate with schools and partners to ensure curriculum delivery and compliance with grant requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization planning and supervising activities for youth.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Group leadership skills with understanding of group dynamics.
• Demonstrated organizational, staff and project management abilities.
• Must be able to drive a van and have a clean driving record.
• Food Handlers Card.
• Valid California driver license or state ID.
• Must clear TB, drug screen and fingerprint check.
• CPR & First Aid Certifications within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day implementation of the Title V Sexual Risk Avoidance Education project.
• Organize program schedules, supervise facilitators, maintain documentation, and communicate with schools and partners.
• Maintain curriculum delivery consistency, participant engagement, and program evaluation in line with grant requirements.
• Coordinate with schools and community partners to schedule sessions and secure space.
• Assist with data collection, reporting, and grant documentation under the Program Manager.
