Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Redlands-Riverside is seeking a Part Time Program Facilitator to deliver the Love Notes 4.1 AO curriculum to youth ages 10–18 across program sites and partner schools. You will create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment that promotes active participation and positive youth development.

Under the Director of Program Teen Services, facilitators deliver curriculum with fidelity, maintain accurate records, and support assessments and evaluations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Strong communication and group facilitation skills.
• Ability to work with youth from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to follow structured curriculum and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Love Notes 4.1 AO on-site with fidelity, following lesson plans.
• Prepare for and facilitate interactive lessons and group discussions.
• Build positive relationships with youth and encourage participation.
• Establish group expectations and a safe learning environment.
• Maintain attendance, assessment records, and program documentation.
• Administer pre- and post-program surveys and participate in evaluations.
• Collaborate with program staff to ensure consistent program delivery.
• Coordinate remote work schedules and participate in professional development.
