Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Redlands-Riverside is seeking a Part Time Program Facilitator to deliver Love Notes 4.1 AO to youth ages 10–18 across program sites and partner schools in Riverside, CA. You will create a safe, engaging learning environment and track participation and outcomes.

Under the Director of Program Teen Services, you will deliver curriculum with fidelity, handle remote prep and data entry, and collaborate with staff to continuously improve program delivery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Excellent communication and group facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently in on-site and remote settings.
• Experience with curriculum delivery and youth programs a plus.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Love Notes 4.1 AO on-site with fidelity, following approved lesson plans and guidance.
• Prepare for and facilitate interactive lessons, activities, and discussions.
• Build positive relationships with youth and encourage participation.
• Establish group expectations and maintain a safe, supportive learning environment.
• Maintain attendance, assessment records, and program documentation.
• Complete remote duties: data entry, documentation, virtual staff meetings, professional development.
• Coordinate remote work schedules with the Program Coordinator.
• Protect confidentiality and use approved systems for records.
• Communicate engagement concerns and supply needs to the Program Coordinator.
• Complete curriculum training and pursue ongoing development.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure consistent delivery and improvement.
