The role includes mentoring, staff supervision, budgeting, and event support, with a focus on safety and community engagement.

The ideal candidate brings nonprofit program management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, and CRM tools; hybrid work with in-person duties in Inland

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience managing program staff in the nonprofit sector.
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Communications, Liberal Arts, Political Science, Social Work, or related field.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, CRM tools, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and develop programs for Black and Brown youth aged 16 to 24.
• Recruit and train peer mentors; supervise staff; create curricula.
• Manage program budget, expense reporting, grant categorizations, and procurement.
• Coordinate transportation, safety protocols, and event support.
• Assist in recruiting a diverse cohort of youth leaders; collaborate with leadership.
