Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of college or an Associate's Degree with five to seven years of related experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with three to five years of related experience, or a Master's Degree with at least two years of related experience.
• Knowledge and experience in scheduling and evaluating activities and events, and supervising program participants.
• General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong leadership, organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and implements youth prevention and diversion programs in schools, community, and courts.
• Provides leadership and staff to support designated youth programs.
• Recruits and trains staff and volunteers; monitors part-time staff and volunteers.
• Collaborates with community stakeholders to promote youth engagement opportunities.
• Prepares needs assessments, monthly reports and newsletters to inform the community.
