Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years' work experience in a Boys/Girls Club or similar youth organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Group leadership and facilitation abilities.
• Knowledge of program planning and development.
• CPR and First Aid Certifications.
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of Herren Club programs and activities.
• Ensure program objectives align with organizational goals and youth outcomes.
• Maintain safety, quality, and appropriate climate in program areas.
• Evaluate programs for inclusivity and effectiveness and adapt as needed.
• Drive Club van for activities and events.
• Coordinate with parents and staff as needed.
