Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years' experience working with youth and families.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, supervise and evaluate programs in core areas: education, athletics, arts & crafts, technology and games room.
• Develop relationships with members and promote safe, healthy environments.
• Recruit, train and manage volunteers; participate in staff meetings.
• Engage parents regarding club opportunities and participation.
• Assist in budgeting and managing facilities and supplies.
