Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain documents, records, forms, reports, permits, licenses, and case files.
• Review applications and supporting docs for completeness and compliance.
• Provide information and assistance to the public regarding programs and permits.
• Maintain and update records with data verification and tracking.
• Examine, categorize, and verify documents for accuracy and processing.
• Research and retrieve information from records and databases.
• Coordinate and maintain filing systems (physical and electronic).
• Calculate fees, collect payments, issue receipts, and track related records.
• Handle mail, reception, customer service, inventory, and general office duties.
