Job summary

HOPE Farm in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Program Assistant to deliver and implement leadership development programs for boys and their caregivers. This full-time exempt role supports four pillars: Bible Study, Social Development, Academic Enrichment, and Recreation, working under the Program Director.

You will coordinate activities, supervise staff, collect KPI data, communicate with teachers and parents, and assist with field trips and community events to advance HOPE Farm's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, sociology or related field.
• Experience in education, mentoring or youth programs.
• Current CPR certification and basic first aid knowledge.
• Current Texas Driver’s License with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, implement and supervise program activities for HOPE Farm participants.
• Lead Bible Study, Academic support, Recreation and Leadership Development activities.
• Coordinate school-year and summer engagement on/off campus.
• Report accidents or incidents to Program Director and follow safety protocols.
• Gather data and KPI information for reporting and fundraising.
